PR is perfect in it: it is semi-realistic (a game can not be 100% realistic), has teamwork and is feature-wise simple. IMO a military game like PR does not have to be cluttered with features because in the end, you wont use them most times. features that will in the end barely used. im talking about feature requests like bringing stuff which ArmA has, to PR. ![]() This is why IMO some feature requests are pointless. im more the guy who go into a vehicle and just drives/shooting with it (like in BF). i do not go to death soldiers, checking theyr inventory and change clothes, picking up his weapons or using all of the vehicle features like advanced flightmodel. im running around and firing my gun, this is the most time i do. i mean i do not use most of its features in arma. ![]() Also, ArmA has alot of features and i have dreamed about a game with such features or more, but when i played that game, then the shocking awakeness came: im not the type for that many features. It can be engine-wise, community-wise, gameplay-wise, modding-wise, MP-wise and/or whatever your reasons are.įor now, i prefer to play PR simply because PR has great botsupport (im playing mostly SP) and the FPS is better than in ArmA + when it comes to FPS, PR FPS problems can be avoided for me while ArmA FPS problems are not avoidable due and probably will never be fixed (those damn CPU bottleneck problem). Now im interest in your opinion, what do you prefer and what not + explanation please. there are also plenty of MP missions for arma 3 where tactics and teamwork is involved, like in PR. both games target to have realistic gameplay aspects aswell teamwork involved (not counting community stuff like rpg life mods for arma or zombie mods for PR). I know comparing a sandbox game with a former BF2 mod itself is not a good idea, but gameplay wise they are the same.
